General Questions and Comments

I'm waiting for a new knee, and thinking that with the wide age range of solo sailors - there must be total knee replacements out there sailing solos? If you are and do, please can you let me know your experience? Will I be able to hike out comfortably? Is there anything I might need to consider or will it all be plain sailing?
