NSCA Demo Solos

After the success of our first demo boat which was sold in 2021 with the help of our sponsors the NSCA invested in two brand new Demo boats in 2022.

This will encourage sailors from other fleets to try the Solo and from there go on to purchase their own boats and join the fleet. The first boat 6029 was delivered in March and the Second Boat in August. The plan is for one boat to be mostly based in the South and one in the Midlands and the North.

The boats are free to use for a trail sail at your club and can be rented for a small change at events.

The boats will move from Club to Club about every 4 to 6 weeks. You can request one of the Demo Boats spends time at your club by contacting the Demo Boat coordinators below. If the boat is not due at your club but you would like to try the Solo please find out where they are  located and contact the club direct to see if they will let you visit and sail the boat.
