Hi David, One reason to create the Vintage section was gage opinions of the class. Thank you for your post. The association is very supportive of older boats and would/do support vintage events but it does require volunteers to organise these things. I would start by talking to the new Mildand Area Rep (Maria E Franco) who has just volunteered to run the Midland Series.

A rule change last summer now allows ‘a flattener or reefing point’ to be added. this makes the boom higher which would help you. If you look in past SoloInteractive magazines and on this site there are articles that explains it in detail.

Previous years results data was held on the old web site. We were not given access to download the data so were unable to copy across to the new site. If you contact your area rep they should have a copy of old results.
