Thanks Chris, I've got 4541 which is a Thresher FRP hull that was decked by the 1st owner ( one of the kits Tony supplied back in the day) my mast is only 2 seasons old so one of the later cumulus masts, I've read somewhere to leave the traveller in the centre with the cumulus and apply kicker to keep the boom over the quarter? Due to the front bulkhead my mast is a little too far back but when I measured the rake it was bang on the tuning manual, I'll double check the forestay adjustment as I believe I may have set it up so it was just under tension when the mast was touching the back of the gate but then didn't let it off 1-2 holes, if you have some video that would help massively, I've just moved to HISC so it's like sailing an open meeting every week, thought I was going OK in the handicap fleet at my other club, how wrong I was 🤣
My email is darenprior@hotmail.com
Thanks again
