Who is authorised to sign the buoyancy section on the certificate?. I had to get a replacement Measurement Cert from the RYA, no problem but do I need a real RYA hull or Class measurer? I have an ISAF sail measurer at the Club but no hull measurers. The boat is 100% sound and at least 2 tanks are air tight the third virtually so. No water ingress at all in last capsize, Boat unchanged effectively and still with 1Kg original corrector. The original measurer retired from measuring after doing my boat in 2010. Pity I mislaid the original, I had it for hayling in 23. My last understanding was the Club Class captain could undertake this annual duty. Any advice appreciated. Thanks

I seem unable to pay the entry fee using standard Natwest Debit card. Anyone else had this issue or is there something I'm missing? I've bought stuff from Italy this year and paid no problem with said card. It's the 'Racing Rules of Sailing' registration /pay fee bit I'm using. It has recognised my registration and confirmed on e-mail. Just refuses my card (numbers are all correct and valid) saying requires authentication. Any pointers appreciated, thanks all.
