Paul Davis new Southern Rep

The Committee and Solo Sailors welcomes Paul as Southern Area rep.

Thanks goes to Martin Frary for running the area for the past few years (with a little help from Doug and Guy).

Many of you will know Paul who is a keen Dinghy sailor for many years currently sailing at Lyimington.
