NSCA sponsored training day with Oliver Davenport at Hayling Island SC Friday 24th April.

Joins is or a NSCA training day on Friday 24th April at Hayling Island SC with coach Oliver Davenport. Great opportunity to practice ahead of the Springs Champs.

Registration link (below) opens on Thursday April 2nd, there is a maximum of 16 participants, and entries will be allocated on a first come first served basis, so do register early.

Plan for the day:

1. Be rigged by 10:00am. - although you need not be changed into kit at this time

2. Start with rig setting on shore

3. Followed by a long session on the water
