General Questions and Comments

I’ve just bought my first Solo, in fact first boat that requires a measurement certificate; what’s the process for getting an updated Certificate and how strict is it having the right name on it? I’ve tried to contact RYA via email (non-responsive) and phone (voicemail), but am thinking about coming to the EOS so realise I probably need an update. Thanks
