Measurement Certs
Hi all, anyone else having problems with replacing a measurement certificate?
The RYA web site doesn't work and as I've just spent 10 minutes waiting for the RYA department to answer the phone - neither do they it seems!
Apart from going to Hamble and knocking on the door, any suggestions?
