I write a blog on my Solo sailing. I'm afraid it won't help you if you are a top sailor - it is written from my perspective as a club sailor getting used to his Solo (had a Solo for about a year now). I support anyone making interesting thoughts about Solos available . My suggestion was that supporting our hard working Webmaster and Magazine Editor by using these as the vehicles to get your thoughts out there is a better choice

Hi Ian - I hope to do that too! I am not sure that my long-ish articles with pictures, spreadsheets et al would fit in the format of general questions or go faster tips on here which tend to be shorter Q&A posts.

If you had a section for a weekly/monthly article I would be happy to contribute to that. I am not anything like as knowledgeable or experienced in the world of Solos as many of the others on here, so it is perhaps of more interest to club sailors. I could contribute to your (very professional) magazine too if my level of subject would be of use/interest?
