I went through similar with my super spars mast - I found a 25mm 5mm hole stainless ball bearing sheave fitted once I filed a little bit of clearance out of the alloy housing it fits into. And it runs so much smoother than the crap 19mm plastic sheave that it replaced. It took a bit of goggling to find a 5mm pin version. 6mm is easier to find but I don't recall where I found it in the end, sorry.
