Righting lines

I have been sailing solos for many years but due old age and disability I now find myself capsizing frequently even in no wind even being told not to go on the water by the RO

I therefore need to fit righting lines so that I can sail and not require help from the safety boat. Can anyone recommend the best way to do this I have a fro solo
